Equalities Act 2010

We comply with this act by publishing the full range of information included in 'The Equality Act 2010 and Schools Departmental advice for school leaders, school staff, governing bodies and local authorities'.  This includes items such as our Equality Objectives which are renewed every 4 years, SEND and pupil premium information and our PSHE curriculum including RSE. 

Freedom of Information Act Section 19

All public authorities, including schools, are required under the Freedom of Information Act to adopt a publication scheme that has been approved by the Information Commissioner. There is currently an approved model publication scheme, which has been produced by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Schools must adopt the ICO’s model scheme and make it publicly available.
